- What are the check-in and check-out times?

Our facility is equipped with smart locks, so guests check in and out themselves. Check-in: 15:00–20:00 | Check-out: until 11:00
- How is the key handed over?

For entry to the building, we will send you a smart lock passcode. To enter your room, please use the provided door key during your stay.

Mezzanine (between 1F and 2F): Bathroom (changing area, laundry)
2F: Guest rooms (4), Toilets (2), Shower rooms (2), Washroom, Shared kitchen*In the shared kitchen, you can use an IH cooker and a refrigerator, as well as various cooking utensils (no reservation required).
- Is there a shower and toilet in each room?

The showers and toilets are shared.

Yes. We ask that accommodation be paid in advance. Whether you book via the reservation page on our website or via accommodation sites (Booking.com / Airbnb), payment is made through the site, in accordance with each site’s payment methods.
- Is there parking?

Our facility does not have a dedicated parking lot, but there is a municipal parking lot a 1-minute walk away.
If you have luggage, it is convenient to first unload it at the temporary parking inside the building (within 15 minutes), and then head to the municipal parking lot.

- Do you provide meals?

BRICKS & BLOCKS MIYOTA does not offer meals or room service. Please check the opening hours of our sister shop (CORNER SHOP MIYOTA) and feel free to visit. In addition to its café, lunch, and bar (Sakaba) service, it offers a variety of items such as Nagano souvenirs.
