Article 3 (Purposes of Collecting and Using Personal Information)

The purposes for which the Hotel collects and uses personal information are as follows.

  1. Managing accommodation reservations and providing services
    For reservation procedures, reservation confirmation contact, and provision of services during your stay.
  2. Preparation of the guest register
    To fulfill the obligation to record and retain the guest register under Article 6 of the Inns and Hotels Act.
  3. Payment procedures
    For billing, refunds, and payment confirmation of accommodation charges and the like.
  4. Responding to customer inquiries
    To confirm and respond to reservation changes, cancellations, and requests.
  5. Important notices and marketing (only with consent)
    For emergency contact due to disasters or facility problems, and for sending information about the Hotel’s new plans and events (newsletters, etc.).

Article 4 (Provision to Third Parties and Outsourcing)

  1. Except in the following cases, the Hotel will not provide personal information to third parties without obtaining the customer’s prior consent.
    • When required by law (lawful disclosure requests from the police, public health centers, courts, etc.).
    • When it is necessary to protect a person’s life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the individual’s consent.
  2. The Hotel may outsource part of its operations—such as operation of the online reservation system, credit card payment processing, and cleaning/linen supply—to external contractors. In such cases, the Hotel will appropriately supervise the contractors.

Article 5 (Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, etc. of Personal Information)

Customers may request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or erasure (collectively, “Disclosure, etc.”) of their own personal information held by the Hotel. If you wish to do so, please contact the inquiry desk in Article 7. After verifying your identity, we will respond promptly.

Article 6 (Security Management Measures)

The Hotel takes necessary and appropriate organizational, personnel, physical, and technical security management measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of the personal information entrusted to it, and for the other security management of personal information.
